The team
Zailani Ali, who started the business, has over 25 years in senior HR roles across many industries in multinational and local companies. Our other two co-founders are Abby Grewal and Attila Emam. Abby has over 20 years' experience in search and talent management, while Attila has worked in HR operations, shared services, employee engagement and communications, and risk management for more than 15 years. All of us have local and international experience.
